Do follow comments in buddypress <<if you hit that link you will see 2 things one no one cares about DO FOLLOW comments who uses buddypress and the ones that do didn’t know how to make them do follow. So after some HIGH meditation I set out to eliminate the dreaded NO FOLLOW from the comment links.
Now you may of guess that as the BLOGGER who was known as the KING of DO FOLLOW LINKS and probably could write a post about commenting in 5 minutes to win that contest you know I was determined to find the lines of code.
/bloggerluv/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default <<inside their you will find functions.php open it.
Go down to line 39 where you see no follow edit to external go down a few more lines SEE NO FOLLOW edit it
Press save

Just as I get the twitter @ anywhere api going back the links won’t query the url but it works most of the time in the groups I will be checking that out future. What is weird is just as wordpress 3.0 and community and Buddypress gets HOT (check the Alexa) seems like all the plugin developers left town and I may have to dabble a bit in that arena.
I’m building all these links for YOU and to learn I already have two people I made sites for wanting to add a social community dimension to their sites, both were very happy with their sites in fact the one guy was estatic and calls me all the time with where his sites is ranking on Google
Now the reason I added the Google search up top is because I would like you to check it because soon this post will rank number for do follow comments buddypress and you just seen how

CommentLuv is amazing. I use it on all of my blogs and it really does increase the amount of REAL comments from readers, as there is an incentive for them to post. I like how you can post your name for a link.
