You may have seen my request for your blog and Twitter Bloggers Links forum. I want to be able to make the rounds on everyone’s blogs, follow you on Twitter with the address you use most often and be able to @ mention you while on the BloggerLuv site.

The First Blast: Stun
[UPDATE] The Blogmogrifier 1000 has been recalled by the manufacturer. It was like a pop-gun – with cork missing. Basically, it’s too hard to add people by hand, especially when there is a handy-dandy pre-registration form.
The Blogmogrifier 1000 is only on stun – I have to manually add each member. You can help by giving me your information, but even if you don’t I’ll get you into my database, eventually:
The stun setting means that I can blast out five random names and blogs, but I still have to paste each one into the browser. Effective, but not scorched-earth.
The Hyper Blast
I have the Blogmogrifier 2000 on special order. With John’s help, I can pre-populate the database. In addition, the 2000 automatically generates a little HTML file with the five blogs already hyper-linked. Once I load that local HTML file into my browser, I can open up the five blog links quickly.
This spreads a wider field of fire! Plus, if Kim (@moneyandrisk) is maintaining the TweepML/Bloggerluv List 1 list, we can collaborate on making a clean, accurate list for you to tap into to quickly follow members in Twitter.

The Annihilator
The factory wants to be sure that this weapon of mass construction is not abused. The Blogmogrifier 5000 is freely distributed to all active members, and it has the Hyper Blast plus some goodies that are still classified, such as a Tweet Thingy. It won’t do the tweet, but it will make it easy to create specially formatted tweets like Follow Friday. You just paste it into your Twitter client and send it off.
Is This For Real?
Hell, yeah! But, only if you want it to be. I’m already setting it up to make my life easier. After all, I want to help, but I can’t spend all day digging around for blog links and whatnot. The Annihilator has already been proposed by John, indirectly, when he said we should “bomb” a blog a day.
I just want to make that as easy as possible.
